Namhla Jaxa, is the Founder and CEO. She has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering specialising in Urban Engineering and is registered with ECSA as a Candidate Engineering Technologist since 2011.

She has over 10 years of professional experience of which 8.5 years is in Traffic and Transportation Engineering field and 1.5 years in the Oil and Gas industry planning services.

Her expertise are in the area of traffic and transportation engineering, includes working knowledge in problem solving and analytical skills for different projects; nonmotorised transport planning , traffic impact studies, parking studies, reviewing site development plans, road mater planning, road design and drawing work.

In her planning engineer experience she was exposed to project control systems, monitoring project progress, formulating engineering, procurement and offshore work-break structures, generate offshore work schedules, review subcontractor planning and progress.

By using her talent, technical, managerial experience and professionalism she will be able to successfully manage and deliver projects. This in-turn would lead to job creation which is vital to the South Africa societies.
